Refund policy

🔄 Returns, Damage, Production Errors and Lost Orders

Because each Wainwright Map is custom‑made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please check product details carefully before placing your order.

We will, however, give you a replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged in Transit – If your Wainwright Map arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Production Errors – If the print quality or product differs from your order (e.g., wrong design, size, or colour), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Lost Orders – If your order does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate with Gelato (our production partner) and the shipping carrier.
  • How to Contact Us – Send an email to info@wainwrightmaps.com, include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos (if applicable).
